1. Prices

While trying to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will try to inform you immediately and give you the option of cancelling your order, or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details.

For international orders (outside the UK), all import duties and taxes for the goods entering your country are your responsibility to pay, so please find out the applicable rates of your country before ordering.

3 Delivery

Delivery times UK orders, you should normally receive goods within the guideline time of 4-5 full working days. We dispatch all orders received within 1 working day (Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday when banks in London are open for business). However delays are occasionally inevitable at busy times and delivery can take a little longer during these periods. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery via Royal Mail. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to dispatch within our usual timescales, and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.


If Beweave fails to deliver the Goods within 28 days from the time the customer placed the order, its liability shall be limited to the order total. Beweave shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by a major event or the Customer's failure to provide Beweave with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.
If the Customer fails to accept delivery of the Goods when the Courier attempts to deliver the Goods, the Customer shall collect the Goods from their location at the Courier's depot. If 5 Business Days have passed after the day on which the Courier notified the Customer that the Goods were ready for delivery the Customer has not accepted delivery of them, the Company may resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the Goods.

Next day delivery is not available for Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands. The following postcodes will be classified as the Scottish Highlands:

IV – all postcodes KW1-14 PA34, 37, 38, 39 PH19-26, 30-40, 49 & 50 PH41

Currently we do not ship to the USA or Canada.

4. Returns

No Quibbles Guarantee

Returns Policy, which applies to products purchased from us. In addition to your 14 day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.

Our returns policy is simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition (in plastic ties) within 14 days. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). If an item is faulty please contact us for either a returns number or replacement.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations a customer has the right to "cancel" the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

We do not offer refunds on hair that is not returned in its original selling condition. The hair must not have been removed from the plastic ties (at the top) due to Hygiene reasons. All returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. unused with original packaging and all relevant materials enclosed. Any Returned items that appear used, smell of perfume, Cigarette Smoke or washing Powder will not be accepted.
Refunds are made within 2 workings days of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us. Postage and packing will not be reimbursed.

5. Liability

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Due to the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control, for example, flood, drought, and fire.

6. Privacy

When you make an order we note your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.

We may use this information to tell you about our new products and competitions by sending you an email. If you do not want to receive any such information, simply send an email to and let us know you do not wish to be contacted and no further emails will be sent.

Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or exclude Beweaves liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable).
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
- Any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for the Company to exclude or restrict liability.

Beweave shall under no circumstances whatever be liable to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Contract; and Beweaves total liability to the Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed 100% of the price of the Goods.

Colour charts are only to be used as a general guide, as colors may look different depending on the monitor.

9. Other

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Sometimes the product specifications from manufacturers can change; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. Where "substitute" goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not be made to pay the cost of returning the goods.

All measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
